Whether you are a single office or a large networked campus, our experienced team will lead you through this complicated process and ensure your systems are up and running securely and efficiently.

  • Remote software upgrade and installation service
  • Timely and professional installation to minimize or eliminate downtime
  • Customized configuration of our cardiorespiratory diagnostic software to meet the needs of your lab. Includes: customized reports, customized predicted set, customized physician statement dictionaries, customized physician consult, application security customization and many more custom configurations
  • Assistance with disaster recovery (restoring database back-ups, restoring BreezeConnect™ and AscentConnect™ interfaces, reconnecting workstations after down time)
  • Installation of MGC Diagnostics device software, hardware driver, workstation configuration and diagnostic device communication confirmation
  • Installation of latest software service packs to ensure software is current
